Tarra Harris
Tarra Harris, Bureau Chief of the Central Processing Bureau at the Idaho State Tax Commission, has been with the Commission for over 20 years. She has also worked in the Compliance Division, educating taxpayers and specializes in managing the International Fuel Tax Agreement Tarra is an Idaho native, born in Idaho Falls before moving to Boise. Her deep roots, values and her love for the State keeps her committed to public service, providing courteous customer service.
Greg Busmann
Greg Busmann is the Bureau Chief of the Income Tax Audit Bureau at the Idaho State Tax Commission. He has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Boise State. An Idaho native, he has been with the Idaho State Tax Commission since 1998.
Philip Johnson
Philip Johnson is a Tax Research Specialist at the Idaho State Tax Commission with expertise in sales and use tax. He's responsible for answering questions and helping people solve their tax problems. Philip enjoys making sales and use tax understandable to taxpayers and professionals through research and education.
Philip began his career at the Tax Commission as a Tax Auditor in 2016. Before joining the state, he worked as a retail auditor for Albertsons and spent 15 years as a small business owner. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Boise State University.
Outside of work, Philip loves to travel and volunteer at his church's foodbank. He lives in Boise with his wife and their two dogs.
