  • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
  • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the Idaho State Board of Accountancy.
  • Undergo a peer review of their practice if they perform audits, compilations or reviews.
  • Earn 80 hours of continuing professional education credit every two years.
